1. Relationship:

01. By joining our site as a member, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy of www.paidtopay.com. Members that do not agree to any of these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy, should stop using our site/service and terminate their account immediately.
02. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of

03. The member is totally responsible for the money he/she spends in our site

2. Illegal activity:

Members may not present www.paidtopay.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by www.paidtopay.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, obscenity or Spam.
02. Members of our site are not allowed to gain referrals by enticing them with gifts/rewards/any other incentives other than that mentioned in our site.

3. Third-Party Liability:

paidtopay.com. will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause harm to members.

4. Membership Fee:

01 There is Membership fee to join our site. However, a fees may be introduced if deemed necessary by www.paidtopay.com.

5. Cancellation/Termination of membership:

01. Membership at www.paidtopay.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member.
02. www.paidtopay.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate without notice, the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy or Refund Policy.
03. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund (if any) at the sole discretion of www.paidtopay.com with all current and future commissions and site usage forfeited.
04. Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with www.paidtopay.com. Any positions held in www.paidtopay.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to www.paidtopay.com.
05. We reserve the right to terminate the member's account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating, misuse or abuse of our site/program/site admin(s)/site member(s).
06. In all cases of account closure/cancellation/termination, administrative fees of 50% on the total deposited amount will be applicable.
7. Any kinds of work task is not changeable. If any task is not workable, then don't confirm earn . If confirm earn without complete the task then your account will be closed permanently.
8. Equal amount of work may not be provided every day. The amount of work will be low-intensity. But the minimum amount will be provide daily and the earnings will be continuously.
9. Need to done work perfectly and quality. work Will be delivered timely. Otherwise work will be declined.
10. The work will be stop every Sunday.

6. Payments:

All payment will be processed any time within 5-7 Business Day's.

7. Refund Policy:

01. All purchased items (Upgrade fees for memberships (if any)/Add funds/Purchase of Membership plan are refundable..
02. If you make a dispute, your account will be suspended immediately. On closure of dispute, we will re-evaluate the situation and may either reinstate your account or terminate your account.

8. For Advertisers:

01. Pornography / Adult / Gambling / Betting or any related ads are not allowed.
02. Ads that disgrace any Religion / Faiths / Beliefs / Culture / Race / person / animals or any other living creatures / our site / other sites / other programs are not allowed.
03. Ads with false / fake / misleading claims are not allowed. Your account will be terminated if these type of ads are posted.

9. Privacy Policy:

01. www.paidtopay.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
02. Your information collected is used for communication of www.paidtopay.com with the members and will not be sold to any other company.
03. We use cookies to keep track of advertisements and Affiliates. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

10. Contact Information:

It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. www.paidtopay.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

11. Copyright Material:

All branding, logos and graphics contained within www.paidtopay.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. www.paidtopay.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

12. Damaging Intent:

Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to www.paidtopay.com and/or its members may result in the termination of your membership with www.paidtopay.com. Depending on seriousness, www.paidtopay.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

13. Investment Plan Requirement:

The investment plan you would like to receive, you will receive profits according to the plan. If you want to withdraw your money before that deadline, you will have to pay a 20% deducted.

14. UCE/UBE or SPAM:

www.paidtopay.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of www.paidtopay.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will result in the termination of your membership.

15. Tax:

You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident country / domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from www.paidtopay.com or any program promoted via the www.paidtopay.com program.

16. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.

17. www.paidtopay.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
